Hours of Operation
Our regular business hours are 8:00am to 6:00pm EST Monday to Friday excluding holidays.
Delivery
We ship 90% of in-stock orders placed before 4:30pm EST the same day. In major Canadian business centres, orders are typically received the next day and in other areas, delivery is typically 2-3 business days. We will notify you via email if your order will be longer and 2-3 days, whether in-stock or special order.
Expedited Delivery Service
If you have a rush order, we can get you what you need the same day in most cases. Please contact us and we’ll special handle your order and let you know what the extra cost will be.
Software Licenses
Most Software Publishers email your licenses and license keys directly to you. Levels of service vary from publisher to publisher, 2-3 days is typical. Microsoft is usually 2-3 days for both licenses and media.
Delivery Charges
To keep it simple we have standardized delivery costs. Your shopping cart will display delivery charges for your order, typically between $14 and $52.
We don’t charge for electronic delivery of software licenses, however, any physical products (media, reference material, etc) are subject to delivery charges.
Hardware delivery costs vary based on the size, weight, destination and point of origin. If for some reason actual delivery charges are higher than those presented to you in your shopping cart, we will notify you ahead of time.
Orders with both in-stock and back-ordered items will not attract separate delivery charges. Your first invoice will contain the delivery charge for the entire order.
Delivery Locations
We can deliver anywhere in Canada that provides unrestricted access to couriers. Please let us know if you have special delivery requirements and we’ll be happy to accommodate.
Tracking orders
You can call or email us if you would like us to provide ETA’s. We will contact you regardless if your order falls outside the regular service level described above.
Product Returns
All returns require an RMA from Zentra Express. Please call us at 1-800-434-1815 to arrange a product return.
Our Error
We will accept all returns within 10 business days no questions asked. We pay for shipping.
Product Not Required or Wrong Product Ordered
We will accept product returns up to a maximum of 30 business days provided that the manufacturer accepts the return. Some manufactures have a no-return policy, in which case we will attempt to have an exception granted. In most cases, the product must be un-opened and undamaged to be eligible for return. You will be responsible for shipping and insurance for returned products.
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
Manufacturer’s policies vary widely on how they handle DOA’s. Please call us and we’ll make arrangements for repair or replacement at the discretion of the manufacturer. HP, Compaq, IBM and Toshiba products must be returned directly to the manufacturer. Generally speaking, after 15 days, products are no longer eligible for DOA replacement status and must be repaired under warranty.
Ordering information
We accept orders on our website as well as via fax, email or over the phone.
Taxes
We collect and remit GST/HST and all provincial and territorial taxes based on the address we ship to. Please call us and arrange for tax exemption if you qualify.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and as well as Net Terms to approved corporate and government accounts with purchase orders. We also offer business leasing on approved credit.
For individuals, we accept credit cards only and all credit cards must bear the purchasers name and orders must be shipped to the credit card billing address.
Website User Name and Password
If you have forgotten your username you can request it be sent to you by clicking the link “forgot password?” on the login screen. We will email it to you immediately. For your password, click on “forgot password” and enter the answer to your secret question. If you forgotten everything, just call us and we’ll set you up!

In-Stock Items
Inventory levels are updated many times per day, and some products in real-time. Inventory is released on a first-come, first-served basis.
